Icon Water Limited is an Australian Capital Territory-owned unlisted public company, deriving revenue from the provision of water supply and sewerage services, as well as electricity and gas services. Icon Water Limited owns and operates water and sewerage assets within the Australian Capital Territory.

The company's assets include three water supply catchments, four dams, two water treatment plants and two main sewage treatment plants in addition to its water supply and sewage networks.

ActewAGL consists of two partnerships: 

  • ActewAGL Distribution (jointly owned by Icon Distribution Investments Limited and Jemena Networks (ACT) Pty Limited) - owns and operates the electricity and gas distribution networks in the ACT.
  • ActewAGL Retail (jointly owned by Icon Retail Investments Limited and AGL ACT Retail Investments Pty Ltd) - retails electricity and gas to residential, government and commercial customers in the ACT.
